HE Head of the Protocol Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the sisterly Republic of Iraq Ammar Dawood received the consular credentials of HE Hussein bin Ali Al Fadala as Consul General of the State of Qatar in Erbil Governorate in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
