Mr. Mashal bin Abdullah Al-Hajri opened the Chargé affairs of the Consulate-General of the State of Qatar in the Kurdistan region of Iraq. The Consulate operations began on May 14, 2023, in the city of Erbil in the Kurdistan region of the Republic of Iraq. The Mission also covers the region of Kurdistan, Iraq (Arbil, Sulaymaniyah, Dohuk, and Kirkuk). This step is part of developing economic, commercial, cultural, and other magazines between the State of Qatar and the Kurdistan region of Iraq
